After all, her view of other people is essentially “someone I can dupe into paying me money.” I don’t think she could maintain her grasp on sanity (what little she has) if she did not maintain some selection process to include some other people in her group, thus preventing herself from being a completely isolated person. The easiest (read: laziest) method of selection is blood relationship. I could sum it up a bit differently, but I’m not sure if this thread’s ready for or has already experienced Godwinization.
