I will not be able to make it to this ChiDopeFest, i could not trade my day, so i work tonight and saturday night. I do not ever get Saturday and Sunday off, anyway, do not know why. I get paid next week, and do not have $.
But i am off sunday,BFD.

I am really looking forward to this. I am not in a good state today, though, but hopefully that will change this evening.

You know how I mentioned earlier that I was planning on dyeing my hair red? Well, it didn’t turn out quite the way I wanted it too. I started my hair at 1 a.m. last night after everybody had gone to sleep. When I washed the dye out, I looked like I had Barney the Dinosaur sitting on my head. I’m not exaggerating either, my hair was bright purple. At 8 a.m., I rushed out to the drug store with a really big hat on and bought some dark brown dye in a vain attempt to fix it. My hair is still purple, but now it is a very dark purplish-red. I don’t dare try to dye it a third time, it might fall out. So the first person who laughs at my hair will get a severe spanking (no, not the good kind either).
Oh good land, Shadow, what a predicament! No worries, eh?! We’ll have a great time regardless of our respective hair colors. And I won’t let anyone call you ‘Barney’ either. 
Aww, come on, porcupine! Don’t leave Illinois just yet! I hear there’s a party tonight. And a LOT of people don’t think it is such a bad state!

I’m not going to be able to leave the 'burbs until 8 at the EARLIEST and if you guys start at Resis at 4 are you SURE you will still be there around 9? Will there be anyone remotely sober?
When do the festivities start tonight? (I’ve seen references here to 4, 5:44 and 8.) I wasn’t sure I was going to make it tonight, but I was in my first-ever car accident this morning (I’m okay, although my car isn’t), and beer in a beer garden is looking REAL good right now.
(or will look good after I finish dealing with cops, insurance agents, insurance adjusters, body shops, car rental firms, and a boatload of work-related phone messages.)
