This show has a non-D list cast of four or five majors plus guest stars, and apparently shoots at locations around the world = presumably expensive to produce. I can’t imagine that it has good ratings, so how is it still on? Does Piper have an intimate relationship with a network exec?
Why can’t you imagine it has good ratings? Have you CHECKED the ratings?
Anyway, I doubt it shoots at locations all over the world, any more than, say, CRIMINAL MINDS shoots all over the United States.

I’m not a big fan so I’ve only seen a few episodes when I watch TV with my mother. One thing that annoyed me were too many plots which involved the CIA working in the US which is against the law. And when they were doing missions in the US they acted like they had police powers which is far from true. So they cut down costs by having US centric episodes. Most of the “around the world” is actually around Toronto. They have done individual scenes on locations but I don’t think a small second unit crew is that expensive when you only have to shoot a quick scene or two. Most of the show is filmed in studio or around Toronto.
But Piper Perabo is adorable.
