While I am occasionally guilty of posting “corrections/apologies”, I have found myself (especially lately) discovering errors and thinking, “Oh screw it. They know what I mean.” And I just leave it. Even when I have mucked up a post through editing—as in “I done did” (should have taken out the “done” during an edit, but didn’t) and crap like that. I just leave it. I figure, “These people know the level of coherency I usually am able to muster. They’ll figure it out. They’ll know [I hope!] that I didn’t put it there intentionally.” A
And I won’t explain that mysterious “A” at the end of my post.

My breadmaker chucked a fit yesterday. Anyone else having a breadmaker crisis? And when Mr P brought it back upstairs and said it was fixed, it was a strange version of fixed he was meaning. Fixed does not mean ‘only runs on one cycle which nobody since the dawn of time has used on this breadmaker.’
Not to take away from the OP’s request, which is reasonable, but allow me to ask what is being done about the MB itself? Yeah, it’s slow as hell, and it causes us to screw up and multi-post, but what’s the latest update on any improvements?
Remember when some of us were willing to pay for posting privileges, just so the system could be improved?
My favorite day to enter here is Sunday, when I can catch up and read and refresh the pages quickly. The rest of the time, I better just open a new window or put up with that “page cannot be opened” message.
