Crappy Portraits For (And By) Everyone!

Why just have one person doing crappy drawings***** when we can all get in on the act? Here’s how we’re going to work this: I will post a crappy drawing****** of the next poster in this thread who requests one. That person will be required to post a crappy drawing of the next person to request one, and so on…

Basically, asking for a crappy picture to be drawn of you means you’re also volunteering to draw a crappy picture as well.

Just to alleviate any confusion, one should probably specify something along the lines of “I want a portrait” high up in their post, since eventually there’ll be several “here’s your crappy picture” posts. And finally, it’d probably be a good idea to make sure you have the means to post your crappy portrait online.

So, who’ll the first victim be?

You could use Paint under accessories if you have Microsoft. I don’t know the equivilent Mac tool.
Hal, I guess I would be willing to try, you can use this picture to help. You did emphasize Crappy, right? My portrait skills are minimal.

Oooooh! Me, me! I want to do a drawing of someone! And someone can do mine, picture’s in my sig and all that. (Yeah, I know it’s the same old one that everyone gets right now, it’s the only one I have available on this computer, mine’s broke).

Be forewarned, whoever requests next: you’ll be cartoonified. Here are a couple of my many self portraits (hey, Cisco! I managed to salvage a couple! But most have been lost forever. ).

That’s my style, that’s what you get. Be brave. It won’t hurt too much. My proportions are hideous, so you may end up wider or longer than you’re used to.

Hal will need to check back in, but I think from reading the thread that Eleanor now needs to draw your portrait and the next one to make the request is who you will be drawing.
