Craving

I have been craving stuff lately.

I am NOT pregnant, but for some reason I have been craving the following foods:

  1. Typical home cooked meals involving meat and potatoes.

  2. Peanuts, weird, but I have this need for them right now as I type.

  3. Yogurt. I used to eat it all the time, after forgetting about it, I eat it all the time now.

  4. Taco Bell, I think it’s the beans. I love refried beans, just not the after-effects.

  5. Chips like Munchos, not the Lays kind.

  6. Teriaki chicken or steak with rice and veggies.

  7. Cheese, specifically sharp chedder and string mozzerella.

Okay this is not a topic that is very interesting, but I wonder what it is about my diet that is making me crave this stuff…

Anyone have similar cravings? (outside the regular chocolate…ick, I like M&Ms once a year but otherwise I rarely eat sweets)

Most of those foods are salty. Maybe you need more salt in your diet.
