Just an idea.
I think a followup to last years “Creed” will be where they bring in the son of Ivan Drago to have a rematch and this would be hyped as a way for young Creed to defend his fathers honour.

Maybe somewhere they will bring back Dolph Lundgren as Drago and he will show his son the error of his ways?
I wouldn’t want to be Ivan Drago’s colicky infant.

I don’t know if Rocky IV is on continuity anymore- at least Stallone said nothing about having ended the cold war all by himself in Creed. You’d think he’d brag about that.
I think Rocky IV is still continuous with Creed. I think there was some reference to Rocky having trained Apollo which happened in Rocky IV and I think Adonnis watched part of the Drago fight on Youtube. And of course, Apollo died in the ring in Creed’s continuity which is what happened in Rocky IV.
I was actually surprised there wasn’t more drama in Creed about Rocky’s regret/Adonnis’s anger for Rocky not throwing the towel in earlier in the Apollo/Drago fight. That was a missed opportunity in my view; I would have loved to see that on screen. Creed was still a great film though.
