Creepy MTV animation from the '90s

Been looking for one of those pointless, deeply weird shorts MTV used to run back a couple decades ago. Description follows…black and white, included shots of grubby, shabby interiors peopled with moving baby dolls (perhaps just their heads, can’t recall) and what I recall as magnet-dancing metal filings. And…that’s about it. I’m sure there was more but can’t recall/blocked it out. It was not a cartoon, it was live action, sort of. Anyone recall it?

Have found no trace of it so figured someone here’d have better luck. If anyone knows, that person or persons reads TSD.

Actually sounds like one of the music videos I remember. Can’t remember the name of the song though.

Something by Tool? They did a lot of stuff like that. Prison Sex?

The MTV animation stuff used to be called Liquid Television. Maybe searching on that will help you find it (if it’s not a video you are remembering).

It sounds like Stille Nacht I: Dramolet by the Brothers Quay. They also did this MTV spot, but not the Tool videos.

Sober by Tool has a similar vibe to that described in the OP, and was in heavy rotation on MTV for a while.
