IIRC during the early 90’s there was an MTV music video where this somewhat fey, completely bald man sang a bouncy song with lyrics something along the lines of “it’s bubbling up” or “it’s all coming up” or similar against a video backdrop of bubbles streaming up in a liquid. This was a popular video and I think it was one of the top videos for that year. I never saw either performer or video again.
