Cribbage in Electronic Handheld?

Can anyone point me to an electronic handheld cribbage game? Looking for a gift for a friend who doesn’t have (and doesn’t want) a computer.
(Yes, I googled. I got lots of hits that had electronic games and cribbage boards on one page… but no electronic cribbage games.)

Thanks!

Does your friend own a Game Boy Advance?

Yes! There is a Game Boy Advance game which I just bought called “Ultimate Card Games”. It not only has cribbage, but also hearts, spades, euchre, canasta, bridge, go fish, gin rummy, crazy eights, poker, blackjack, video poker, and about 15 different kinds of solitaire. You can play against the computer or hook up another Game Boy Advance to play against a friend (or two or three friends) and you do not need another copy of the game pack to do so. You can also create your own “face” for the games, which is kind of silly, but kind of fun. All the games can be saved in case real life intervenes and you want to pick up the game later.

The interface for the solitaire games is a little clunky, especially if you are used to using a mouse (you have to click over each individual space where you could make a move, and the cards do not automatically “flip”…for instance, in Klondike, if you uncover an ace, you have to thumb over to the ace, pick it up, and put it where it goes, rather than have if flip up there automatically the way Windows solitaire does.)

I’m not sure if this is what you’re looking for, since you do need the Game Boy Advance as well as the game. I say, though, that if you like card games, you can buy the GBA and just this cartridge and have quite a bit of fun with it. I also have a similar game called “Ultimate Board Games” which has checkers (hard to beat!), chess, reversi (aka Othello) and non-copyrighted versions of Battleship and Connect Four.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I bought “Ultimate Card Games” at Toys ‘R’ Us. Or, of course, you could click on Lute’s link above.

Oh, thanks so much for your advice, Lute and Tamex! Perfect.
