Crimson Glyph forbidden thread:

Personally I was ready to commit suicide after seeing the insane ranting over execute v ostracizing; the game was shaping up to be seriously not fun.

Well, now that it’s out…

The reason something seemed up, is Meeko and Special Ed are working together obviously. (I won’t confirm if they’re mason types or not.) It’s why when you guys were discussing something was up, I said “if only you were spoiled”.

Meeko called out his own partner on a seeming contradiction between him and Paul when Meeko new damn well what was going on. Meeko’s play made no sense.

I felt the same, which is why I stopped struggling when the tide turned against me on Day 1.

My first few posts in the game included some humor. I didn’t yet know that every word would be jumped all over for secret messages, Scum tells, and anti-Town/pro-Town bent. Tel, I think you were the only poster to recognize that I was clearly kidding around. For that you have my (posthumous) thanks.

What does “magic-bagged” mean?

This is why I removed Execution.

So…you wouldn’t want to sub in?

I’m not quite sure why it’s Magic Bag. I think Magic Hat would make more sense. As in magicians pulling weird things out of them.

Essentially, the player knows something and is keeping it hidden from the game at large, but has told the game at large that they know this thing. Occasionally, it can be a good strategic play.

Usually, it’s annoying and does nothing but distract.

When the player finally reveals what they know, they open up the magic bag and typically something is in it.

Heh… nope! I’ll pass on this one. besides, both games I’ve played I’ve been subbed in. I think the next game I want to be fully committed from the start.

And I hate magic bags.

If a player who has been ensinned (say Angel) were to embrace the seed of sin and join the Sinners, do they get access to the Sinner board? Because it would be easy to do that, get all their names, and then have Paul purify her. At least the town would have all the Sinners easy to lynch for the next (however many) Days.

So, I was thinking about this earlier today and realized that we’d misread ed’s post. Ed was never claiming that mahaloth was town, just that meeko was (ambiguous “he”). In light of this, I find mahaloth highly suspicious. He didn’t stand out one way or the other in the split, but he’s feeling rather scummy this game for reasons that meeko of all people noticed.

Well… I guess giving town info as I receive it is a bad way to play a not vital investigative type role :stuck_out_tongue: I was really hoping the doc would protect me since I was the obvious NK choice. I mean how big of a target would I have to have painted on my forehead? If there is still a doc, they suck bad. It was freakin obvious I was gonna get ganked.

Whatever… next time I get an interesting role I’ll just use it to ensin everyone and they’ll never know what the fuck was going on.

WTF… no… I was lying as a townie… OF COURSE I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH. Mahaloth had damn well better be scum… and how the hell did no one see this and think the same thing?

Sadly he’s far from the only player who is pushing bad arguments. He’d have my vote though.

I see where you’re coming from. That does makes Meeko and special ed look less suspicious. It sure was an interesting way to out their relationship considering it was a throw away a post about voting for someone else.

Just for everyone else clarification I’ll put the exchange below.

Anyone want to place bets on who goes nuts first now that Peeker’s insanity will be added to Meeko’s?

No.

. I choose at first accept the sin. I all which obtains from Pedescribe is " Interesting. Noted." When I had discovered Paulo plans to wash me, has provided me…Returns to another choice which and Sinners’ the town or maintains; Victory situation. I choose return to the town.

Unvote Rysto

Whoops! Posted in the wrong thread. I have not read this thread, just the past two messages but I suspect I am about to get mod-killed.

:eek::smack:

That might be a good idea. Although there isn’t any spoiled info here.

The translating to Chinese/back translation trick is working quite well; I approve :).

I also feel a desire to kill a certain set players, and I’m only suspicious of half of that set. This is why i like playing the bad guy.

My vote would still be on Mahaloth
