I don’t understand what you mean.

Boston has a local drink they call a frappe.

Ah. Been quite a while since last in Boston, and did not know that. Is it really unique to Boston? Coffee drinks are a thing in lots of places. Was really just trying to alliterate.

A frappe is a type of milkshake in Boston.

Your clue answer is great as is.

Of course the clue is fine as is, I was merely fondly remembering my first experiences as a born and raised Iowan ordering a milkshake in Boston and getting puzzled looks, then, after explaining, “oh, a frappe!”. This would have been in the ‘70s, long before coffee drinks with degrees of frothiness.

Sorry, I was just trying to join in the fun. Kinda lonely where I am. I’ll stay in my lane in the future so as to not interrupt the flow.
