Mine’s pretty lame - the super-soldier type Sarah Kerrigan, from StarCraft. (no, you sickos, BEFORE that happened).
She’s a redhead, she’s got a cute voice, she’s kinda flirty, and she’s an elite soldier who could kill you five different ways before you hit the ground.
Of course, she’s much less attractive once she turns evil…
If I had to pick one I’d say Meryl from Metal Gear Solid
Fall from Grace, Planescape Torment. I know shes a puritan but that makes her only more attractive, plus she surely can carry a conversation about the most exotic topics… a woman that pleases the eye and the brain, doesnt get better than this.

However, I’m no game nut, so I don’t know very many characters. A nameless character that I think is really hot, though is the Sorceress from Debablo 2.
Didn’t really like Grace (her name was Fall-From-Grace, exactly). But, instead Annah. I think she had an irish or scottish accent (or none at all… can’t remember too clearly), and had this sexy “i don’t need you” attitude. She’s sort of that stereotypical strong female character that had a soft spot. During 70+ hours of RPGing goodness, i grew fond of all my companions in the game. In fact, when i beat it i got all sad and nostalgic, especially since there’s a sequence near the end where all the companions die (althought they’re later revived)
Planescape: Torment is a really great game and will always be one of my favorite games.
Yet another vote for Meryl from MGS. I used to run around in that cardboard box and peep at her through the handles with the camera and whatnot…I need a life.
Yes, obviously Annah. That was the best love story I’ve ever seen play out in an RPG.

Way back when, when I first played FF6, I wanted to be Setzer, at least in appearance and style, and probably in personality as well. But, that’s not how I turned out, and I can’t say that I’m all that upset.
I think that Jaheira from Baldur’s Gate is SUPER hot. They changed her portrain in Baldur’s gate II though, and it became…less hot somehow. Also, Imoen was very cute in the first Baldur’s gate, but her picture in the sequel lookes like she’s constipated, or something.
Jaheira? No way. Imoen was cute, but she seemed way too young for me… Fifteen, maybe? Now, what’s-her-name the Drow cleric was hot, but your reputation took a big hit if you took her on.
And didn’t they use the same portraits in both I and II?
