Dammit. Someone spoil the ending for me, please. My husband was screwing with the DVR remote and must have stopped CSI recording at around 9:30. So I missed the second half.
The older couple died from cyanide fumes in the rug, which was smoldering beneath them. It had been set on fire by one of the ground squirrels gnawing on a wire. The ground squirrel was there because the ultrasonic device pushed it out of its burrow, but the other dead ground squirrels were poisoned by the next door neighbor, who was the girlfriend of the guy who caught fire in the beginning. The ultrasonic device was put there by the guy who was selling the anti-migraine medicine that turned the blood green. He died of a cerebral hemorrhage, which he thought was a migraine, so he stolen the medicine from a hospital and sold it to the woman in tin foil and the other green blooded guy, who he killed in a fight when the woman in tinfoil and was killed and didn’t bring the money for the medicine.
Convoluted much?

The cerebral hemorrhage was brought on by an increasing brain tumor, which was causing what he thought were migraines. He died from the cerebral hemorrhage, though.
