Huh? What difference does it make what color I am?
So you’re saying that only blacks are entitled to say whether or not “nigger” is a Bad Word and whether it should be seen in public?
Then by the same token, only women ought to be entitled to say whether “cunt” is a Bad Word–right? (And you’re comfortable with that, I bet, because to you, “cunt” is the lesser insult, because you are male and have never been called “cunt”.)
Whereas your position is that I, who am white, and have thus never been called “nigger”, am in no position to say that “nigger” is an insult on a par with “cunt”?
Does that about sum it up?
Well, that’s just really, really stupid. Who are you to tell me that an insult based on my sexuality isn’t as bad an insult, to me, as an insult based on your skin color is to you? “Nigger” hasn’t got any bigger claim to fame than “cunt”–both words have been around for the same amount of time.
Who are you, to be the arbiter of what we may and may not post here?
BTW, how do you feel about black women being called “ho”, a word that also insults a woman’s sexuality?
Your claim of some kind of lock on the Political Correctness market (“only I as a black person am in a position to say that ‘nigger’ must not be used”) is ludicrous. Words like “nigger” and “cunt” and faggot" are all words in current usage in the English language, like it or not, and since we are all grownups here, when we’re having an adult discussion of the words in question, it’s deeply stupid to expect us all to tiptoe coyly around these words out of an exaggerated PC sensibility, spelling them out, or using asterisks, as though the children might be shocked to hear them.
