After reading “How Can I avoid a holiday hangover”, I agreed with what you said about curing a hangover. Being a current binge drinking student, there are a couple ways that I have found prevent hangovers.
- Drink a liter of water before going to bed (don’t do this if you have issues with pissing the bed)
- Eat some carbs before going to bed
- Take vitamin B12 the next morning or that night if you remember
- Take Milk Thistle regularly (increases bile production and helps process alcohol)
- Take antioxidents regularly (help prevent liver damage and brain damage due to alcohol and get rid of free radicals).
For hardcore hangovers, there are a coupld of things to do:
- Workout-gets the blood flowing and gets the adrenalin and endorphines going (sucks but works)
- Jump in ice cold water (probably also gets your adrenalin pumpin)
If none of these work, start drinking again-always works
