Current commercial: kids eating cereal; Grandma is concerned

I was in a restaurant recently and saw this commercial. Apparently, these two kids are sharing a cereal, and Grandma overhears the conversation. She goes downstairs, passing by Mom (who is on the phone or something), and is very much relieved to see that the kids are only eating cereal.

The sound was off, so what was going on that had Grandma concerned?

I believe I’ve seen the commercial you’re talking about. The kids are actually eating some sort of bug shaped fruit snacks (Disney?). They are talking about how they love to eat bugs and squish them around in their mouths. Grandma overhears and runs downstairs to stop them, only to discover these bugs are meant to be eaten!! ahahah, those crazy kids!
