Custom spice blends

My response in the “What are your favorite spices?” thread was

and it made me want to ask what other people make custom spice blends with.

So… what custom spice blends do you make and what do you use them for?

Onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne. That’s the base for my Chex Mix recipe, so when I get to making batches of it I just premix the spices in a big jar.

My dry rub for ribs and BBQ is salt, paprika, chilli powder, cumin, cayenne and brown sugar.
