I thought this was pretty funny. Amazon recommended StarOffice for me because I ordered Stanislaw Lem’s Solaris, apparently confusing it with Sun’s operating system by the same name. Anyone else have anything similar come up in the process of shopping online?

A few days ago “customers who also bought” Pat Robersons goddy book also bought “The joys of anal sex for men”

I have a screen capture sighs happily

Amazon claims it was the result of a coordinated prank, but I think it was the result of only one person having actually bought either book.

I missed that article. You’re probably right about the sales of both books.

I also got the “Customers who wear clothing” shop for “Clean underwear” later, and that does look like a prank.

Sorry I didn’t get back to this sooner. I have to get my son (my sysadmin)to help me figure out why my email program isn’t getting my mail automatically instead of waiting for me to tell it to.

ONe of my favorites.
