Does anyone know how those are regulated?
For instance to name a few:

Verizon Wireless Customer Service
x Insurance agency Customer Service
x Service group Customer Service—

Does anyone know, how thorough the corporations are in maintaining those records?

Does Verizon Wireless have all of its individual stores send their recordings to a Corporate tower storage?

How many years do they hold onto those?
How do they regulate, if a recording is discarded instantly, or over the course of a time?
If they store all recordings, how do they go about filtering which calls they discard after a certain point?
Do they classify by region or select topics of conversation?
What sort of groupings do they utilize?
