What is the cutoff time for political ads/Go Vote ads? I thought it was midnight (local time) of the day the polls opened.
Can candidates/527’s/PACs?Special interest’s air messages all day today?
The laws vary in the US by state. Many states don’t allow ads on election day, some do. I’ve lived in both types. In one state I lived that allowed them, the ads on election day were the vilest negative slander you could imagine. No time for response from the other side, you see.
Are they allowed in Colorado? If not, what about ads for the beers that wear the name of senatorial candidate Pete Coors? (and those twins!)
