I actually found something worthwhile on Cyber Monday: Red Ridge, a local maker of olive oil had a 25% off special on all their online products. I scored four bottles of their lemon olive oil (which I love), basically getting one bottle free, for a savings of $20.

I’ve been window shopping on Amazon a bit this week, plan to check tonight and see if any of my selections have gone on sale. Nothing major really, just some odds and ends for the kids, and maybe a new bookbag for me, since I recently enrolled for a couple of classes next semester after a long time (20 years!) away from college. That earns me a spiffy new bookbag, am I right?

A ticket for “San Francisco Fest 2016” (a nationwide tour, not something actually happening in San Francisco), featuring Journey, the Doobie Brothers, and Dave Mason.
I bought this Chick Corea music workshop/video/online series at 85% off its regular price.
That same tour is coming to Sioux Falls in August. I’ll have to get a ticket. When I first saw it, I thought it was such an odd lineup.

I’m thinking about buying some bed sheets for my friend’s daughter’s birthday but it’s so un-exciting that I am not completely motivated.
Sheets are a sensible and useful gift. I like sheets, and towels and new vacuum’s. Useful gifts. Pffttt on totally frivolous gifts like…stuff like… Un-useful stuff.
