D&D 4e System Reference Document

With D&D 3 and 3.5, the OGL System Reference Document contained, basically, all the information you needed to play a game.

But when I looked up the SRD for 4e, I only found this, which, as far as I can tell, is just a list of the tables from the PH and DMG that you’re allowed to use for designing your own RPG system. It does not tell what’s in those tables.

Is this all there is to be found online? To read how the system works, will I have to actually go the the bookstore and sit down with the actual books?
