According to a short blurb in a local paper “Switzerland will jail for life sex offenders and violent criminals who are deemed incapable of reform under a change to the law Swiss voters approved in a referendum yesterday.” Kind of a run on sentence, but it’s not a very good paper…

BUT NEVER MIND THAT!!! I love the Swiss. Great country. Small, but scenic. Excellent chocolate. Decent knives. Strangely dressed Vatican guards.

We could take a few lessons. Except for the guards.

Sorry, I can’t find a link for this anywhere, but if someone does, could you post it? I’d love to hear more about this.

I know this is competely off topic, but you caught my eye with the yodelling.

My friend was one of the three finalists in the Yahoo yodeler contest. It was so cool to see her on the Allie and Jack show.

Anyway, sorry for the hijack, but the scheduled Swiss thread.

I like the Cranberries, but I’m pretty sure yodelling is frowned upon on American Idol.

Anyway, it is interesting to hear real yodelling, but only for a little while.
