I was talking with a Pakistani guy in Tokyo once. He was wearing this thick-ass turtleneck sweater and had been wearing a coat. It was only like 65 degrees outside. And he’s all complaining about how frickin cold it is. I’m kinda of like, “Well yeah it’s…a little cool I guess. But at least when its cold you can put on more clothes. Once it gets summertime and its 100 degrees and humid as hell, you’ll wish you could have this weather back.”
He says to me, “Oh I love summer in Tokyo. Pakistan is like that all year round.”
