Damn you iFit and your useless app

Just got an iFit classic and really like it, looks great, tracks all I need to track, but to use it fully, you must synch it to the app.

App for Apple works fine, but it will not synch to my Android phone. Requires a OS of 4.0 or higher, I am at 6. Should work fine, made sure it meets all the requirements listed before purchasing product…but NOPE phone will not even recognize it.

All tech support has to offer is try and reset phone, then watch… thanks but that does nothing.

If you are going to release a product that requires use of an app, make damn sure the app works!

I am able to use my iPad, but those with Android technology only are screwed with this… or so it seems to me.

Some syncs can be - quirky. I have a different device, but have found that it connects via Bluetooth more consistently when I have the app launch the Bluetooth. So I open the app, select sync, and accept the app’s request for permission to launch Bluetooth. Then select sync again and it works fine every time. If I have Bluetooth already running or turn it on before opening the app, for some reason the sync doesn’t always take.

That doesn’t work for me on this app, and going through reviews on this app, it seems to be a very common problem,
