The Boxer was terrible! What was he doing? Not dancing.
Dick was okay, but not tearjerkingly so.
DL really has some issues. Maybe he should do therapy instead of a dance show.
The Lisa fainting act was so fake looking, we laughed at it.

Zendaya is an amazingly talented girl, but her attitude is bothering me a tad. Is it arrogance? I’m not sure. Just…something.
I adore Kellie and Derek so they can’t do too much wrong by me. Jacoby is a great dancer too, but I do wish he’d take things more seriously.
I’m hoping Vanderpump is gone soon. Her and her dog.

The spotlight dance with the visually impaired lady was so good. It reminded me why I still like Derek. He seemed so moved after the dance. It was hard for him to even speak. He’s really a nice guy that cares.
Her father just died… Makes sense now.
I thought the boxer would go home. He was TERRIBLE. Lisa was merely bad.
We loved the special dance. She was good. Not just in a “Wow, she’s blind and dancing” way, but genuinely good.

Inaba’s Dad died a week before the first show of this season, according to Tom Bergeron this evening.

Carrie Ann has always been a crier. But this week she really lost it.
Going to be an interesting week with pro couples dancing with celebrities in a “team” of 4.
I didn’t vote for Lisa, and I felt it was the merciful thing to do.
Look, she was so exhausted she was fainting. She was skipping whole nights of sleep. On top of that, she was getting the flu. Even her doctor told her to stop.
Even at her best, she only had a couple more weeks in it, tops. She’s already been in the bottom two.
Why make her suffer through another week? Between her exhaustion and illness, it’s doubtful she would have been able to pull off a decent dance next week, either.
I was unimpressed with Victors dance this week, too, but I really liked last week’s. I would rather give him another chance.
(actually, I would have rather DL had gone, but voters seem determined to keep him in :dubious:)
Louis is reuniting with Julie Fryer for Dance Legends the 13th of april in New York. Julie is a 3 times World Latin champion. Louis flew over to Holland to rehearse a few weeks ago. Louis has said that he’s retiring from active dance. Not dwts of course, but he probably won’t be doing professional performances like Dance Legends again.
Wonderful video of Julie and Louis, two old friends and dance champions reuniting one more time. Julie was Louis’ first partner and they won championships long before he danced with Karina. I would love to see their Dance Legends performance. I’m hoping it will be posted.
I found this early performance with Louis and Julie. They were incredible together. This Rumba they performed in 2004 is beautifully done.
DWTS is ok for what it is, but sometimes it’s easy to forget what professional dance is supposed to look like.

Louis had that long hair during the first couple seasons of dwts. But it was in a ponytail.
I’m ok with Lisa V’s elimination. Someone mention she had a half million twitter followers. She didn’t make any requests this week for them to vote. I guess she had enough dancing. 
Getting sick in the middle of rehearsals would take the fun out of it for anyone.
I know - I remember on TWoP they were calling him the “penis ponytail guy,” which I can now never get out of my head.
