I was watching an episode of a travel show that TiVo picked up for me, and in it the host went to a pastry shop in Denmark. She asked a local what his favorite pastry was and he pointed to something called “dream cake.” It looked like a fairly flat cake with some sort of streudelly or something topping.
It looks about right apart from one line. It should be 4 dl milk, not 4 ml. The topping has the correct amount of milk. My recipe also calls for 6 tsp of baking powder, not 4 for the same amount of eggs, flour and sugar.
