If you were at all a fan of MTV’s classic animated series “Daria,” you’d probably enjoythis fake movie trailer College Humor made with Aubrey Plaza as the titular character.
The only shitty thing about it is that it’s not real.
Can this be real? Please? Or, at the very least, animate it.
It’s just too perfect.
This would be awesome. She’s one of the few who could really pull it off.
Daria wasn’t valedictorian, Jodi had that honor. Nitpick I know. Looks great!
Wow! I would have never thought of Aubrey Plaza for the role but she’d be perfect! I always felt that the show unrealistically overdid the whole *‘Daria was not attractive’ *thing. The one where she dresses & uses make-up like Quinn and when she gets contacts showed that she was actually very pretty, just like her sis & mom. And Aubrey Plaza is a fox and a half!
They cast it really well, both the physical resemblances and even more the performances. I assume the older guy at the mike was supposed to be Mr DeMartino. Don’t think I saw Kevin or Brittney though. And I was kinda hoping for a quick Beavis & Butthead cameo too! 
Just watched it again, Kevin & Brittney are there, right before Trent appears…

Yes, she did quite well. The Lanes weren’t working for me- Jane wasn’t quite as sardonic and that guy just sounded like Trent - no physical resemblance to the character.
Of course, it’s totally off-canon. We know that Quinn publically admitted Daria was her sister in “Lucky Strike” during the last season, and everyone already knew anyway. And Daria and Jane are supposed to be morning tv show hosts.
Never seen a live action one, but Google ‘Daria porn’ for plenty of cartoon ones…
I just want to hear the porn starlet doing all her sex chatter is Daria’s bored monotone: “…yeah…do me…”
I was bothered by the lack of Jodie. But otherwise it was entertaining.
