Could Oy possibly be a human that was turned into a Billybumbler?
The reason I ask is that from what we know about Billybumblers is that they are pretty smart…Right?
But, Oy seems execeptionly smart. Like how he intoduced himself in Wolves of the Calla .
Any other theories?
Or am I just drunk and thinking outta my ass.

Roland’s current ka-tet matches his ka-tet from Mejis. In his current ka-tet, Oy represents Sheemie, both below the intelligence of a normal human being, but still smarter than the average bear, both loyal to a fault, and both the last to join the ka-tet. It’s not reincarnation - it’s ka 
(Oh, and Eddie = Cuthbert, Jake = Alain, Susannah = Susan, and Roland = Roland.)

I was reading Wizard and Glass again recently, and there is a line that says something like “you’ll come back as a billy bumbler” or “you’re as silly as a billy bumbler” or something like that about Cuthbert. Made me think of this thread.
