Data entry hotkey help

I do a little bit (a lot) of data entry in my job. Always trying to find shortcuts and hotkeys. So here’s my problem:

I tab around to different imput boxes and buttons. But when I tab to a check box I need to use the mouse. Does anyone know a hotkey or shortcut for check boxes?

Would actually speed me up a lot, any help is appreciated!

Hitting the spacebar should check or uncheck them.

The space bar should work to check/uncheck checkboxes.
