Day Break premiere 11/15

Oh…sorry. :smack:

If he keeps his bullet wound, why wouldn’t he keep money in his bank account? But I’m talking about spending millions, not thousands, so a credit card wouldn’t be much help then. (I was just kinda kidding about the tattoos). Anyway, if doesn’t keep any money he earns, there are still things he could do to get rich-- like openning a brokerage account and trading options. He could make millions in a few hours.

lol I had never thought about any of this…but I guess that is one way to go, but I think that is the last thing he is thinking I mean someone is setting him up, I know you would not be thinking about getting rich if someone was trying to ruin your life!..I think I absolutly loved when he woke up and said he was sore and then where theyhad put the needle in his neck he had cut himself shaving…great!
but I know you guys were just joking…:)!!!

I liked the part where the cops ask the girlfriend for an alibi, and then turns it around “How did he get the bullet wound?”. There’s some smart and consistent plotting going on, and my only complaint so far is not getting a POV of the cops asking the assasins why they were shooting up the motel.
And tied in with that - the assasins went in planning for murder-suicide, but started shooting up the place for no obvious reason, which kinda defeats the m-s setup as something the ordinary cops would buy.

Other than that - two thumbs up.

Yeah, he could bet on those Dodgers to win.

This was a pretty good show with an interesting premise and enough twists to keep me coming back for more. I noted several X-Files alums in the credits, so they certainly have the credentials.

BTW, The Misfit did his usual review of “Lost” epsiode 7, which is actually a reivew of this Day Break episode. That guy is hilarious.

Check out Moon Bloodgood (Rita) on IMDB. Hot!!

Wow, finally finished watching this (been a busy week). I love the idea that his body doesn’t recover, I wasn’t expecting that but it definitely fits to build the drama and introduce an unknown to every day.

He needs to get his girlfriend to tell him something that she never told anyone before, so he can use that to convince her of the truth every morning (otherwise she’ll always think he’s crazy). That’s what I’d try to do, since she’s going to be there to help every day.

Finally got around to watching this today and was really impressed. Exciting use of the variations each day invokes plus the applied knowledge that Taye Diggs brings in, plus we learn things he doesn’t about the other characters from the various combinations of interactions, too. I’m really looking forward to this playing itself out.

I quite enjoyed the premiere, but one thing bothered me. He’s repeating days, and he’s told his girlfriend about it… and neither one said anything along the lines of “It’s kinda like that Groundhog Day movie.”

It also bugs me when people in zombie movies have never heard of Romero’s movies.
