DAY OF THE DEAD dvd......crapped!

I just picked up Anchor Bay’s brand new 2-disc Special Edition of DAY OF THE DEAD. It’s got every bell and whistle you can think of (2 commentary tracks, documentary, behind the scenes footage, trailers, TV spots, etc. etc. etc) along with a new anamorphic transfer that beats the old DVD hands down.

It’s also got some crappy screwed up dialogue track with certain overdubs over curse words. At one point a character says something like “Yeet!” when he should be saying “Sheeit!”

Not a bad purchase overall, though.

It’s not scheduled to be out until Tuesday. Who’s selling it?

Best Buy…at least the one in Laurel, Maryland is. Had a whole rack of em.

I saw it on sale at Suncoast this past Tuesday (the 12th), as well. Sure you’re not a week off, gobear?
