De La Soul Fans - ATTENTION PLEASE

There is a song that is all instrumental that I don’t know the name of. It begins with city sounds of what I suppose New York City. It is all improvisational clarinet or saxaphone set to an urban beat. I believe that it mentions something about Maceo Parker and I have download dozens of random De La Soul songs trying to stumble upon the song, but still no luck.

Does anybody know the name of this song?
