What will be done with the bodies of the terrorists that were in the planes? (i have a few good ideas) Is there a rule that they be handed over to family or maybe sent back to their native land?
I doubt they’ll recover thier bodies at all
Well, since they were in the plane, I’m sure they are charred along with the rest of the passengers. Those planes were carrying a lot of fuel, if it was enough to take down those towers, I’m sure anything in the core of the burning fuel became far beyond charred.
Probably the most effective thing may be to smear whatever remains are left in pure hog fat and return them to their families. Having ones remains entombed in lard must be one of the most horrible fates to become a Muslim.
I thought they found a body that they believed to be one of the terrorists. They found an body of an airline attendant with her hands tied.
Not that I don’t believe you, but do you have a link to these facts?
I haven’t heard anything at all about any bodies being found, or what their conditions were.
My understanding was that since we’re on a “war footing”, the media is being officially discouraged from endless rehashing of body counts, as that would be “giving aid and succour to the enemy”.
Get to post this twice in one day: Body of hijacker ‘found among cockpit wreckage’. There’s been no follow-up, so I assume it was just a rumor that was never supported.
It seems highly improbable that bodies of people on those planes could have been in any condition to make such a determination.
Well they were asking for dental records and DNA samples.
Kinda morbid, but I imagine they could get IDs that way still.
bare, while I understand your feelings and share your anger, I don’t think such an affront to innocent families and Muslims world-wide would serve any purpose.
I have to admit some regret in posting my prior suggestion. My motive was purely meant as a deterrent to future terroristic acts, in that Muslim law apparently dictates that adherents must be “clean” to enter the kingdom of heaven. If terrorists knew that their remains would be defiled in such a manner, perhaps it would prevent future acts.
Whatever your motives may have been, the post was inappropriate here.
My sincerest apologies to one and all.
it takes a good person to admit their own mistakes. thank you, bare.
