Dechecking "Automatically parse links" does not work.

At the risk of getting a dozen comments saying, “Yes, it does, you putz!” I’m pretty sure that de-checking the “Automatically parse links in text” does not work. I tried a few times with the address to a NSFW picture, but the damn thing linked anyway. I had to edit the URL and manually remove the {URL} tags myself.

I think having that option is much easier and more elegant than having to create a second click (two-click rule) or trying to do some weird spacing in the URL. Any way to look into this? Thanks PTB!

And of course it works here.

/me sighs.

It works for me, but if you preview before posting, be aware that “Automatically parse links in text” is checked again; so, even if the preview looks right due to unchecking the box, you’ll have to go through the unchecking motions again before you click on “Submit”.

Catches me nearly all of the time when I edit someone’s NSFW link.
