To me, the weather has seemed better recently. Anyone else enjoying a beautiful Spring?
Abolish the oak and pecan pollen then I’ll be happy with Spring TellMeI’mNotCrazy.
It is certainly the best day I’ve seen yet this year. Sure wish I wasn’t stuck behind a desk.
And even though the pollen gets to me, it’s warm and sunny and wonderful today!
To think I just found this thread! Wish I joined in on the fun earlier.
Institute a personal policy to check out seemingly odd threads more often, stevenalice!
New players are still welcome, I hope?
Government of this thread does not preclude new posters, peregrine. Welcome to you and stevenalice ( God, I spent several minutes considering why you were advertising lice before realizing that you’re two people - Steven and Alice! I R Idiot! ).
btw, here in Trenton the weather has been magnificent today too!
I don’t care if she’s seventeen or if she’s never been to Vermont, I’m still going to use a monkey wrench!
You should have been in Belfast today, Hal, and you’d have been grateful to be behind that desk. We had rain, hailstones, thunder, lightning and strong winds today.
Spring … what Spring?
Laying out the ground rules of this game was never stated directly.

You will have to learn as you post what is or is not an incorrect post.

It’s encouraging - more and more people are catching on!
Such a fun game !!! I hope the moderators don’t shut it down anytime soon.
Principles of the game dictate that this gets seen through to the end. Which, if we keep it at one key term per post, leaves us with only 1,166 posts to go.
And, I thought I would jump in here, adding just a quick post about how I love this thread.
Organizing my books: that’s what I ought to be doing. But instead I’m doing something stupid, like going to work!
Its American roots make this thread fun for me.
Powers in charge of board moderation may frown on the projected length of this thread. Perhaps a multi-paragraph format should be encouraged.
In this way, we can reduce our overall impact on bandwidth, while still achieving our aim. Besides, it allows us to speed through some of the less challenging entries. One would, of course, refrain from hogging too many of the best opportunities.
Such a proposal would require approval by a two-thirds majority, though, wouldn’t it?
