Well, I am (or at least was) a native English speaker. In some parts of Asia, I got used to pidgin-English and Americans sometimes had trouble believing I was American. :smack: I’ve mostly reverted to Standard American now, I think, when I speak English at all, but often find my Thai seems more fluent, and have trouble thinking of best English words.
Anyway, it’s customary to imbibe virtual ethanol during the Night. Any suggestions? In my time-zone I’m still working on my “late morning” coffees.

The night passed quietly. While a few townsfolk lamented the loss of KellyCriterion, most remained silent. A few adventurers joined the townsfolk in guarding the town, hopeful that their presence could ward off any further attacks from the Lords of Slaughter.
It didn’t.
It was mercifully silent. Hopefully, it was quick.

Scathach has been killed. Sadly, there isn’t enough left of him to identify.
