She looks a little nervous.
(For which I certainly don’t blame her.)

There are few bigger moments than this. Hopefully one or two more in her future.
I’m just following along here. Who was the big secret?
I don’t think there was one.
Either wasn’t one or it comes after.
Teasing a surprise then giving no surprise IS a surprise!
Eh, if there’s going to be a big musical finale it should come after the big speech, not before. I expect some sort of big send-off besides just balloons. Meanwhile, I’m listening to Kamala.
Very wise. “A harm against one of us is a harm against all of us.”
Kamala Harris, for the People.
Instead of a balloon drop, maybe Beyonce and Taylor Swift will descend from the rafters.
Me too and I just cannot fathom how some people listen to Trump and think he makes more sense to be president.
I really, really do not get it.
I want a bumper sticker that says “Kamala Harris For The People”.
I don’t do bumper stickers, but I’d display that one.
Here ya go:
As an orator, I’d suggest that she’s right up there with the Obamas. Well, maybe a little short of them, since they’ve had so much practice. But she’s close, and she’ll get there.
Oh, now taking on Trump. This oughta be good …
I think Harris delivers as well as the Obamas. She falls a teeny bit short in the speech writing though. Not bad at all but the Obamas are just a bit better with their words.
No criticism. Harris is in the same room with them. She’s great.
“the only client he has ever had” – beautiful twist on her earlier phrasing about herself.
Damn! The expectations for this speech were super high, and Kamala blew the roof off!
And she’s not done yet!
I was going to say, “hit it out of the park,” but “blew the roof off” might be better.
Her cadence is effective. Shades of Kennedy.
She’s not nervous now –
