I am looking for a higher end day spa in the Denver area to send a friend to. I’m thinking a massage, facial, and pedicure. This is for a much deserved thank you gift. I know less than nothing about the Denver area so unfortunately I don’t know what part of town works but she will have no problem getting there.

I don’t know anything about Dayspas, but a source I would trust would be the “Best of” awards given out by Westword magazine. Unfortunately, it seems that their website is hosed at the moment.

I liked Tall Grasses. It is in Evergreen. My mom likes Beau Visage, at Orchard and Holly. If she wants something a little more trendy, you can look at downtown, but I don’t know about spas down there.
There’s the http://www.spafinder.com option - it lets you search for specific areas/services and does have customer reviews - which might be helpful in evaluating the spa.
