I wouldn’t do a single thing about the “traitorous elites” in Europe, because it wouldn’t be proper to meddle in their internal business and certain countries are already well on their path to self destructing, so the prudent move is to just sit back and enjoy the show.

BLM would be declared a domestic terrorist group.
Antifa would be declared an international terrorist group.
All persons and groups connected to financing such groups would be prosecuted under the full power of the law.
Guantanamo Bay would be expanded and built out to accommodate more prisoners and terrorists.
It would become legal in all 50 states to run down any and all protestors blocking highways.

The crunch is going to come, I think, over the rampant “America first” message. Obviously that plays well to the less-thoughtful segment of America - the more-thoughtful segment have already internalised that - duh - of course the American President puts America first - that’s what he’s there for! And leaders of other countries put their countries first. And if all systems are working well, when everybody’s looking out for their own interests in a sensible, co-operative and non-psychotic fashion, hopefully countries can work together and do deals that are in both their interests.
The “America First” message contains the obvious implication that America has till now been putting other people’s interests first - that America is beleagured and set upon and taken advantage of, and needs to get more back out of the rest of the world. From the rest of the world’s point of view - well, this is obviously not true, so what he’s really saying to us is that he doesn’t want to do any deals unless ALL the benefit comes his way. Anyone with any spine at all is going to eventually say “screw that” - and the further away, the more likely to do so sooner. Germany’s in a pretty good position to do so sooner.
America’s big, economically - about a quarter of world GDP, I think. But that still means there’s more of everyone else than there is of you - everyone needs friends, even the biggest dude in the room. Trump’s chaotic management style may or may not be designed on purpose to try to cow his opponents at home - what it does for pretty much anyone else is to just make him not worth dealing with.
If we need an alternative center of the international community, I’d rather have Germany than China. We still might get China though…
