That’s not what I was saying. Maybe I poorly expressed myself. I don’t think so, though.
I wouldn’t have to go as far back as my grandparents to ask about the Nazis if the people involved were still alive. My father fought in WWII and ended up the war in Gross-Rosen. As for my grand father, he found the guns he needed. They came to hang him. Didn’t find him. They hanged someone else.
And this is, for a non-insignificant part, why I wrote what I wrote.
Well, if they come to hang me, and they DO find me, I’d rather be armed than not. Even if the rest of the population is ready to surrender - I’ll be fucked if I let them drag me off. I am not going to disgrace all the people before me who died fighting against tyranny, by failing to rise to the occasion.
ETA: You Frenchmen, you are great fighters and you always have been. The people who say the French are cowards, are idiots. You come from a people with a tremendous military history. The only thing you need, is more confidence and less of that negativity.

Nah. I wish we had the capability of banning posters from specific forums though. DT is actually very well-informed and has excellent taste in CS. It’s just here and in GD that he turns into mega-asshole.
