Desparately need recipe for pickled whole lemons!

Don’t ask why, please. Just accept the fact that I’m in dire need of a recipe (preferably Vietnamese or Chinese recipe) for pickled whole lemons. The recipe needs to be in English, though. So far, after using quite a number of search engines, I’m only finding recipes for chopped up stuff. Does anyone have a good–heck, workable recipe for this?
