Anyway, a heads-up that the first 3 episodes of season 2 are out.
Took me a long time to get around to watching season 2. Loved this conversation in one episode:
Guy: I never got to California.
Emily: Oh, no.
Guy: Look, the Oregon Trail is not easy, okay? Every time we got to a river, we had to caulk the wagon and float it. Our pace was grueling, rations were meager, and if you hunted too much in a certain area, game became scarce.
Emily: Sounds rough.
Guy: Yeah. But weirdly, it was fun.
Emily: And what about your wife?
…
Guy: Unfortunately, she got dysentery.
Emily: That’s… That is awful. Did she die or is she…
Guy: No, no, no. No, no.
Emily: Oh, okay.
Guy: She’s fine, but it was pretty gross. Dysentery is kind of a lot.
