I’ve had no internet for the last hour because one of my housemates, who works for Telus (our ‘net provider), plugged his company laptop into the LAN, and it tried to connect to a bunch of shared folders and network printers that he uses at work, which Telus’ firewall interpreted as an attack, prompting them to pull the plug on us and bitchslap our modem every time it tried to reconnect. Argh.
No idea about your meltdown, though.
Damn. I gotta get me one of those firewalls!
