The Battletech Animated Series . Which, i’m pretty sure, must have been on TV (in the UK) at the same time as Thundercats, because everyone has seen Thundercats and i’ve never seen an episode, and I have literally never met anyone ever who’s seen Battletech. The only sites i’ve been able to find about it are the ones on IMDB.
So yes…has anyone seen it?
Yup. Introduced crap such as the Banshee fighter and the ‘anybody can just put on’ Clan BattleArmor. I do appreciate that they were trying to get BattleTech out there to the masses, though. Adam Steiner isn’t nearly as whiney as his cousin Victor is.
Actually, wasn’t Thundercats in the '80s? And it ran more seasons, too. I know there are some other folks on the board who’ve seen it. They even put out a Summerset Strrikers book for the game that showed a bunch of the stats for the cartoon stuff and had a lot of back story for it.
