Has Donnie commented (i.e., tweeted) re the fact that Biden’s show got more viewers than his? I’ve read differing amounts-- ~1 million to 700,000 more. Even though Biden was on one network and Donnie was available on THREE?

I can’t believe he isn’t claiming his town hall got the highest ratings in history, like his inauguration. He just the other day said he’s the most popular person in the world after Jesus.
I cannot wait to not have to think about the stupid POTUS every dang day. Just let me off the ride.

I’m surprised he said this out loud, but it seems likely that he’ll leave the country if he accepts that he’s lost the election. He is relying very heavily on being immune to prosecution as the sitting president.
Ex-dictators routinely flee, and it’s generally a good thing when they do so. It lets the country they damaged focus its energy on mending, rather than retribution. I hope he does leave the country.
All of that seems like splitting hairs. In my opinion, this is the only thing you really need to know about this election. Republicans openly admit they do not want all American’s to vote. Everywhere they can, they have fought to restrict, limit, and eliminate voting for anyone who they feel will not vote for them. Democrats have consistently fought for the right of everyone to vote. If you watched Biden speak in the town hall, he reaffirmed this right, not just for Democrats but for Republican’s, telling the audience, “And vote for a president who you think is more in line with you. And if you oppose the position that I – I would not have appointed her. But if you oppose my position, vote for Trump. Vote for a Republican who shares that view.
But that’s your opportunity to get involved in lifetime appointments that a – presidents come and go. Justices stay and stay and stay.”
Compare that to Trump who fully acknowledged that if we increase the level of participation in elections, "…you’d never have a Republican elected in this country again.”
On the one side, you have the support and encouragement for your constitutional right to vote. On the other side, you have a minority party that knows it only supports freedoms and rights for the people who support them. If you’re still not decided, then you’ll have to explain to me why we shouldn’t all work to eliminate your right to vote.
I suspect Putin has a guest room already made up for him.

I’m surprised that he is now saying “if I lose” without qualifying “it’s a rigged election”. He has said at every rally this week that if he loses he won’t come back there or he will leave the country. Dare we hope that he really is starting to think about fleeing instead of fighting?
He is, after all, a survivor. If his gut tells him he needs to run, he will run. He has no principles except self-preservation.
I’m sorry, but this is crap. Ever since the founding of the republic, the popular news media have been more about profit and sensationalism. There has always been serious media for people who wanted it, but then as is now the people who want serious news are in the minority.
