Maybe I’m dreaming this. I seem to remember an image search engine that worked like no other I had ever seen. You typed in normal tags and it would return a bank of images. You then clicked the one that looks most like it, and it returns a refined bank of similar images, you then clicked the one most like your image and it returned a similar image.
Did this really exist?
For example, let’s say I wanted an image of a red corvette in Tokyo.
I would type “car”. Then it would return random images of different cars. I would click on a red one. It would return several images of red cars. I would scroll until I found a corvette. It would return several images of red corvettes. I would scroll until I found one with a city scape in the background. It would return similar images etc etc.
It wasn’t really useful but it was fun. At least I think it was?
