According to advertisements for the famous whiskey that bears his name, Jack Daniel had some sort of safe somewhere, I think his whiskey-making place. Any way, they go on to say that one day, he forgot the combination to the safe and he got so angry, he kicked it. This didn’t lead to anything except a broken toe, which lead to an infection, which lead to his death.
My question is, is there any evidence that this really happened? I’m not saying it couldn’t, I just wonder if it really did.
