This isn’t a debate, I’m just mildly curious. While I’ve heard that the CIA was responsible for that little bit of Cold War politiking, I was going through an old USNews&World Report(okay, okay, it was a “Special report” on historical mysteries) and found an article that seemed to say the Belgians may have done it.
Can any one help me? Can’t seem to find such information on Google, just a lot of CIA theories.
